One is LCD 2D code and Numbering Exposure System which marks
2-dimensional matrix ID codes and alphanumeric character onto
the photo resist of a substrate. This equipment uses laser
light, galvanometer scanners and f-theta lenses. This combination
based on Y-E Data's unique technology provide good performance
of marking.
Another is LCD Peripheral Exposure System for removing unnecessary
photo resist on the periphery of a substrate after marking
2D code. The substrate will be developed at the following
process.

This equipment
makes marking of 2D ID-codes and alphanumeric characters onto
the photo resist of a substrate by exposing it to galvanometer-
controlled laser light.
The 2D codes contains information of product data, a location,
a produced line etc, are changed to binary and these information
is formed by the pattern as a 2D code.
With the unique Y-E Data's optical technology, this equipment
has a wide coverage of marking area on a substrate and also
perform the accurate and high speed marking of 2D codes.
This equipment
exposes the excessive photo resist on the periphery of a substrate
to the controlled UV light. After the exposure, this substrate
will be transferred to the next process and developed with
a chemical process.
