If a problem occurs that is against this charter, the Y-E Data officer concerned must assume responsibility for investigating the cause of the problem, solving it, and taking preventive steps. The officer must also identify the powers and responsibilities of the parties involved in the problem and administer strict punishments to them including the officer himself. |
